  • Writing frequently, as this can improve your memory.
  • Exercise regularly every day.
  • Enough sleep can make your brain come back refreshed.

When these things must be done continuously above you will find changes in your memory.And it would also be able to heal minor ailments such as headaches, migraines, insomnia and other heads of disease.
