Pain Free Morning Sickness

Symptoms of morning sickness does not only belong to pregnant women only. You've been there too. The result can interfere with your activities in the morning, and could make your morning appetite loss. This is of course a negative impact on the health of your body. Here's a great way to overcome the attack of nausea.

  • Eat little but often. choose low-fat foods and lots of fiber.
  • Drinking water and juice. Avoid consuming alcohol or coffee, because they can trigger the production of stomach acid and makes me sick.
  • for snack crackers select, which is not too sweet or salty. Cracker vegetables can be the right choice.
  • Get plenty of rest. Fatigue can trigger the symptoms of dizziness and nausea in the morning. So try to rest enough.
  • Consumption of vitamin B6 and B12. Dizziness and nausea can be triggered due to a lack of vitamin B.
